At MISS LOLA, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase, but we understand if things don't always work out. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location as indicated on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a MISS LOLA digital gift card to your email within 5-7 business days.
